Life knowledge can help one improve oneself, their relationships, and their overall life. Life knowledge is based on specific social, cognitive, and interpersonal capabilities that enable individuals to handle the issues they encounter in everyday life effectively.
LIFE-HEALTH KNOWLEDGE
This knowledge is a theoretical construct that includes detailed and specific information about etiology, prevalence, risk factors, prevention, transmission, symptomatology, disease treatment, health services, and your rights as a patient. Health literacy refers to being able to access, understand, appraise, and use information and services in ways that promote and maintain good health and well-being. Health is a state of physical, mental, and social well-being, not just the absence of disease or infirmity.
