Consumers can purchase e-goods (PDFs) right here at the BOOKSTORE. Just add the publications of your choice to the shopping cart and proceed with the ordering process. You will be prompted to download your PURCHASE when your purchase order is complete. Your purchase is completely secure.
What if I accidentally lose the page that contains the link to my e-goods before downloading?
Your confirmation email includes a link to your e-goods download. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find your confirmation email. You may also contact TSI to request a new download link.
I downloaded my e-good, but I cannot find it.
If your e-good does not automatically open, you should be able to locate the file(s) in the default download directory on your computer. All downloadable e-goods have an extension of ‘.epub’ for ebooks and ‘.pdf’ for PDFs.
Can I read products purchased from the BOOKSTORE on an iPad or iPhone?
Yes, iPad and iPhone users can order directly from the BOOKSTORE. You can purchase and download your ‘.pdf’ e-goods on your computer and then transfer it to your iPad/iPhone, or you can purchase and download your ‘.pdf’ e-good directly on your iPad/iPhone.
How do I know if I can read .pdf e-goods purchased from the BOOKSTORE on my device?
PDF e-goods are read on any device that supports the 'pdf' format. You can purchase and download your pdf e-goods directly to the device if it includes a web browser, or you may transfer the pdf e-goods to a supported device from your computer.
Do I need to purchase multiple copies to read e-goods on various devices (such as my laptop or smartphone)?
No. It is only necessary to purchase one copy of an e-good, as each e-good you purchase is useable on all your devices.
