What if I accidentally lose the page that contains the link to my e-goods before downloading?
Your confirmation email includes a link to your e-goods download. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find your confirmation email. You may also contact TSI to request a new download link.
I downloaded my e-good, but I cannot find it.
If your e-good does not automatically open, you should be able to locate the file(s) in the default download directory on your computer. All downloadable e-goods have an extension of ‘.epub’ for ebooks and ‘.pdf’ for PDFs.
Can I read products purchased from the BOOKSTORE on an iPad or iPhone?
Yes, iPad and iPhone users can order directly from the BOOKSTORE. You can purchase and download your ‘.pdf’ e-goods on your computer and then transfer it to your iPad/iPhone, or you can purchase and download your ‘.pdf’ e-good directly on your iPad/iPhone.
