Is Your Landlord in Foreclosure?

During a foreclosure, the landlord still has full ownership of the property and is responsible for it. When the property has been foreclosed upon and the new owner obtains ownership, that person (bank, town, city, or new landlord) is then responsible for the property. This new owner must disclose their name, mailing address, and telephone number to you.
